• Natural Vanilla Bean Paste (Puree) contains all of the flavor punch of Natural vanilla extract, with the authentic look of vanilla bean seeds, all suspended in a sugar syrup base.
• Directions: One teaspoon of puree is equivalent to one teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1-1/2 inches of a vanilla pod. The vanilla seeds are perfectly suspended, so there's no need to shake the bottle before use.
• Perfect in gelato, whipped cream, crème brûlée and other culinary confections where the flavor and appearance of a vanilla bean is desired.
• Flavor notes: creamy, rich, sweet and warm. Enhances other flavors.
